The Plattsburgh Puffer Fish racked up a win at Plattsburgh Park, bumping off the Beaumont Crossbeaus, 4-3. Jeff Morehead, who started for Plattsburgh, pitched effectively for his team. Morehead went 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 1, and struck out 5. His record improves to 8-5. Picking up the save was Shuji Ando, his 10th.
