Plattsburgh picked up a win at Plattsburgh Park, toppling the Beaumont Crossbeaus, 5-3. Pitcher Michael Galloway was one of the reasons the Puffer Fish triumphed. The win puts Plattsburgh at 54-31 this season.

Frank Corbett swatted a 2-run home run for Plattsburgh in the bottom of the seventh. The third baseman went 2 for 3 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 1 run and batted in 2.
