Zhou, Interns Get 2-0 Win
|
In a well-pitched game between the Capital Hill Interns and the Redwood Rhinos, pitcher Lung Zhou was superb. The Capital Hill right-hander helped his team win, 2-0. Getting the save was Augusto Rey, his 2nd. Capital Hill is 8th in the Silver R with a record of 17-19.
The Interns liked what they saw from Zhou. The 20-year old pitcher had a commanding presence on the mound, limiting the Rhinos to no runs on 3 hits over 7.1 innings, and striking out 7.
"There was no wiggle room in this one," said Zhou.
