A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Tulsa Otters and Ladue Rams.
Tulsa Otters starter Abhinita Rangarajan was in fine form against the Ladue Rams at Ballpark of Wellsville, leading his team to a win, 5-0. Rangarajan picked up the win for Tulsa, going 7.2 innings. He gave up no runs on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 3-1.
The outcome might have been different for Tulsa, had it not been for Stephen Ledesma, the 20-year old second baseman . Ledesma stroked a bases-clearing double in the top of the ninth inning to put Tulsa up, 4-0. For the game, he was 2 for 4, including 1 double and 1 single.
"We had a good game plan," Rangarajan said, "and we were able to execute it."
