In baseball, each game is unique. This one was no different.

Led by Kazuki Takahashi, the Nova Scotia Leviathan downed the Kingston Township Knights, 6-3. Takahashi was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Leviathan. Tom DeHart nailed down his 5th save.

Takahashi contributed a big hit, a 2-run home run, for Nova Scotia in the top of the second. With his team trailing 1-0, Takahashi took a fastball from Chase Sims and stroked the home run to left. His 4th home run of the season allowed the Leviathan to leap in front, 2-1.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Takahashi.

The third-place Leviathan have won 4 straight games.
