Chiefs Need Extra Frames to Get Past Seahawks
Myrtle Beach center fielder Félix Islava was sensational. He was 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Caldwell beat the Seahawks, 7-6. Caldwell reliever John Ralston picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Carlos Pagán absorbed the loss. Caldwell now sits in 4th place in the Premier A at 40-34.

The game was decided with two out in the bottom of the tenth. With Caldwell trailing 6-5, Drew Rose hit a fastball from Carlos Pagán to center for a 2-run double. Just like that, the Chiefs had a walk-off win.

"Winning is the only thing that really matters," Rose told the Caldwell Gazette. "If you can win without even breaking a sweat, more power to you."
