The Chicago Tula beat the Myrtle Beach Seahawks, 6-3, at Seahwaks Stadium. The win was due in part to left fielder Tim White, who was 2 for 3 with 2 singles and 2 walks, while scoring 2. The Tula have an impressive 20-12 record.

Chicago used the timely hitting of Jacob Evans to capture the win. The designated hitter stroked a bases-clearing double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Tula on top, 6-3. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but he made it count.

"We did a lot of things right," said Evans.
