The Belleville Bulls got a sterling performance from pitcher Tim Simmons, but the Delmarva Gallos still prevailed, 2-1. Simmons threw 8.1 innings of 6-hit ball. With the victory, the Gallos upped their record to 11-10.

Runs were few and far between in this one. So, José Altagracia's at-bat with one out in the top of the ninth was crucial. The Delmarva shortstop hit a sacrifice fly, to give his team a 2-1 lead.

"It feels good to get this one," Altagracia told the Delmarva Herald.
