Thunder Hawks Lose By a Run at Northville, 5-4
|
Ft. Polk South got a terrific game from catcher Dermott Mann. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Northville, 5-4. Mann went 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 times. The Eclipse have an impressive 53-30 record.
With one out in the bottom of the seventh, Shing Li had a game-changing hit. The Eclipse third baseman slammed a run-scoring single off William Morán, making the score 5-4, Northville.
"I'm just happy to help the team win," Li told the Northville Observer.
