The winning streak continued for Nuevo Mexico.

The Nuevo Mexico Mariachis picked up a win at Mariachi Band Shell, knocking off the Athletic Club KC Academy, 7-3. On the mound for Nuevo Mexico was left-hander Peter Bradley, who played a pivotal role in the win. In 7 innings, Bradley surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 1. He allowed 2 runs.

Mike Reynolds made an early impact for Nuevo Mexico when he stroked his 8th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which came with one out in the bottom of the first, put the Mariachis on top, 2-0.
