The Bethesda Atoms and Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks played an exciting game.
The Bethesda Atoms stopped the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks, 4-3, at Thunder Hawks Ballpark. The Atoms got a big game from Adrian Beard, who slugged 2 home runs. The winning pitcher was Stu Washington. He tossed 102 pitches over 6 innings, allowing 2 runs on 7 hits.
