Thunder Hawks Beat Eclipse, 7-1
The Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks got a stellar performance from pitcher Ricardo Rodríguez, who handcuffed the Northville offense en route to a win, 7-1, at Thunder Hawks Ballpark. The Eclipse, at 3-9, have stumbled out of the gate.

With runs few and far between, the Thunder Hawks had to seize their opportunities when they came. One of the most important chances for Ft. Polk South came in the bottom of the fifth inning, when center fielder Lasse Karsberg delivered a run-scoring single. The single was hit off Juriaan van der Kieft and made the score 1-0, Thunder Hawks. Karsberg was 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI.
