Guinea Pigs Best Fur Traders in Pitching Duel
Gwinnett Guinea Pigs starter Tommaso Cugnoni turned in a top-notch performance against the Tacoma Fur Traders at Experimental Stadium. The result was a win for the Guinea Pigs, 2-0. Cugnoni got the win, improving to 2-0. He allowed 4 hits and walked 5 over 7 innings. Cugnoni allowed no runs. Jim Nasium picked up the save for Gwinnett, his 5th of the year.
