Buzz Deal Rainbeaus 6-4 Loss
The Salt Lake City Buzz topped the Kansas Rainbeaus by the score of 6-4, with the biggest share of the credit going to second baseman Cheng-ho Bu. Bu was 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times for the Buzz on the day. Salt Lake City pitcher Artie Bates got the win. He's now 1-4. Ben Hankins was tagged with the loss. The win elevated the Buzz to 49-43.

Salt Lake City used the timely hitting of Javier Botín to seize the win. The shortstop stroked a 2-run single in the top of the 11th inning to put the Buzz on top, 6-4. It was his only hit in 6 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Salt Lake City manager Waylon Anderson.
