McCroskey Helps Buzz Beat Pajaritos, 9-4
The home crowd had a good time watching the Norfolk Pajaritos and Salt Lake City Buzz get after it.

The Salt Lake City Buzz dumped the Norfolk Pajaritos, 9-4, in large part due to left fielder Phil McCroskey. On the day, McCroskey was 3 for 5 with 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3 for the Buzz. The win belongs to Greg Hoover in relief. His record improves to 3-1. Sergio Ramírez took the loss for Norfolk.

McCroskey came through with some timely hitting for Salt Lake City. With Norfolk trailing 4-3 in the bottom of the eighth, McCroskey hit a first pitch fastball for a 2-run home run. His 8th home run of the season made it 5-4, Salt Lake City.

"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said McCroskey.

The Buzz go to 43-40, putting them 4th in the Silver AAA.
