Coyotes Lose By a Run at Sacramento, 4-3
|
The 4-3 Sacramento win over Hamilton was due largely to Gyoo-jae Kil. The Redlegs right fielder went 3 for 4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 times. Tommy Moore, credited with the win, is now 1-0. He allowed 1 run on 2 hits. The save went to Arsen Campbell, his 3rd this season.
The game turned with two out in the bottom of the sixth when Kil hit a run-scoring single. It propelled the Redlegs into the lead, 4-3.
"I'm not out here to win a beauty contest," said Kil. "Obviously."
With the win, Sacramento upped its record to 29-25.
