The Baton Rouge Brass defeated the Nolensville Knights, 3-2, in M3L Triple A action at Nolensville Park. Baton Rouge pitcher José Rodríguez had a standout performance. Kane Hallworth was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 3 of 5 save opportunities. Baton Rouge now has a 3-game win streak.

Baton Rouge used the clutch hitting of Adam Bisset to capture the win. The third baseman drilled a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Brass ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"This was a tough loss," said Nolensville manager Juan Canó. "It'll stick in my craw for a while."
