The Monongahela Monsters dealt the Hartford Pride a 6-4 loss at Timber Hawks Ballpark. Colt Allen was the star on offense. He went 4-4 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 3 runs. With the victory, the Monsters upped their record to 35-35.

Monongahela took a 5-4 lead on Shao Qigang's 8th home run of the season. The 3-run home run came off Hartford pitcher Clarence Jones in the bottom of the seventh.
