Ota Leads Charge, Pennsauken Blasts Reserves
|
The Pennsauken Flyers knocked off the Athletic Club KC Reserves, 13-3, at Pennsauken Park. Yakamochi Ota was a big reason Pennsauken won. The third baseman was 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times and driving in 5. Dave O'Neil earned the win to go to 3-5. He allowed 3 runs on 3 hits, with 2 walks and 9 strikeouts in 7.1 innings of work. The 7th-place Flyers have won 4 consecutive games.
