Humpbacks Top Disaster, 1-0, Behind Alfonzo
The Alaskan Humpbacks topped the Port Royal Disaster, 1-0, in USPL Triple A action at Sea World. The game was highlighted by the performance of Alaskan pitcher Augusto Alfonzo. Steve Compton closed the door for Alaskan, picking up his 3rd save of the year. With the win, Alaskan lifts its record to 9-6.

The Disaster had little chance against Alfonzo, who overpowered Port Royal hitters and struck out 10.

"Our goal is to improve each and every day," Alfonzo told the Alaskan News.
