The Baton Rouge Brass picked up a win at Brass Field, courtesy of Rainer Polonius. The right-hander helped his team stop the Forest City Warriors, 2-1. With the win, Baton Rouge pushed its record to 12-11.

The Brass got a big at-bat from shortstop Júlio Muñóz. For the game, Muñóz went 2 for 4 with a double. In the bottom of the fifth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 7th double of the season gave Baton Rouge a 2-1 lead.

"We faced good pitching and still got it done," said Muñóz.
