The Baton Rouge Brass picked up a win at Monster Field, knocking off the Vermont Lake Monsters, 4-1. On the mound for Baton Rouge was right-hander Kane Hallworth, who played a pivotal role in the win. Hallworth picked up the win for Baton Rouge, going 6.1 innings. He gave up 1 run on 6 hits.
