Dirty Reds Get Past Baltimore for 3-2 Win
The San Mateo Dirty Reds had to overcome a good performance from Baltimore pitcher Cristián Moreno to claim a 3-2 win at Lang Park. Moreno went 6 innings and allowed no runs. San Mateo pitcher Ed Abood got the win. He's now 1-0. Ron Lucas was tagged with the loss. The winning streak has now reached 6 games for the Dirty Reds.

San Mateo took a 3-2 lead on Todd Walker's 6th home run of the season. The 2-run home run came off Baltimore pitcher Ron Lucas in the bottom of the eighth.

"Our goal is to improve each and every day," Walker told the San Mateo Daily News.
