Despite a fine performance by second baseman Adam Clements, the Toledo Stingers lost to the D.C. Divided, 8-6. Clements went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 3 times. D.C. now has a record of 60-46 with the win.

The Divided got a big hit from shortstop Francisco Alhama. In the bottom of the sixth, Alhama pounded a 2-run home run to left. His 24th home run of the season put the Divided ahead, 8-2.

"You come to the ballpark to do your job and that's what I did today," Alhama told the D.C. Daily.
