Stingers Topple Knights, 13-8, as Dunlap Shines
The Toledo Stingers trumped the Kingston Township Knights, 13-8, at Cloverdale Legion Park. Toledo left fielder Matt Dunlap was terrific. He slugged 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The last-place Knights have lost 4 consecutive games.

Alfred Howard Biggs, who is tied for 3rd in the SL in triples with 7, aided the Toledo cause with a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth. For the game, the designated hitter was 2 for 4 with a double and a walk.

Biggs told a Toledo News reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
