Canucks Katsuhito Kogawa Down and Out for Year Monday, August 31st , 2043 Katsuhito Kogawa will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Moose Jaw reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Kogawa was injured while throwing a pitch in the Canucks-Shockers clash at Shockers Field recently. Doctors said he has a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be out a minimum of 9-10 months. Kogawa has nailed down no saves for the year. He has also totaled 81 strikeouts and 21 walks in 73.2 innings while registering a 3.67 ERA and a 0-0 won-lost record. |
