Rosário Shuts Out Quebec City Friday, June 10th , 2044 Luis Rosário held the Quebec City Baby Blues to 7 hits and fashioned a fine 9-0 shutout at Dylan Park today. Speaking after the game, Twinsburg Tigers manager Chua-kah Liu said "Rosário had everything going for him today." He changed speeds effectively, stayed down, had a lot of movement," he said. "He was masterful." Rosário rung up 11 strikeouts and surrendered no walks in the game. "We couldn't get anything going. He certainly had our number," Quebec City manager Seth Rice told reporters.
