Gómez Goes 5-for-6 Against Athletic Club KC Wednesday, August 31st , 2044 Northwest Territory center fielder Roberto Gómez had a day to remember today, 5-for-6 against the Athletic Club KC U-21 at Ballpark of Elkhorn City as the Beavers picked up a 22-7 victory. "He was patient up there today," Northwest Territory skipper Tom Carlson told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Gómez has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Roberto Gómez grounded out in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, walked in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
