Valdéz Red-Hot, SR Player of the Week Monday, August 29th , 2044 The Player of the Week has been chosen by the USSL Rookie. The award went to Terry Valdéz, center fielder of the Quebec City Baby Blues. In a sensational hitting performance, he wrecked league pitchers with a .545 average to win the honor. Valdéz went 6-for-11 for the week, totaled 3 home runs and 5 RBIs and scored 3 times. To date this season Valdéz is hitting .236 with 7 home runs. |
