Season-Ending Injury for Markus McCandles Monday, August 1st , 2044 The season is apparently over for Markus McCandles. The Amarillo Warheads medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 9 months with a damaged elbow ligament. McCandles was hurt in the game against Canonniers de Quebec while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. This season McCandles has a 2-9 record with a 6.75 ERA. |
