Monteblanco Goes 5-for-5 Tuesday, August 16th , 2044 It was high-fives all around for Luis Miguel Monteblanco at Field of the Rawhides today. He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Squirrel Hill Pierogis. Monteblanco smashed 5 hits in 5 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 7-5 win. "Luis Miguel was hitting everything," said Eclipse manager Harris Harden. "It really was a special game for him." In the opposing dugout, Pierogis manager Randy Stevens told BNN beat writers that Monteblanco "ambushed" the club. "Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but we'll have another chance," he said. "Hopefully, Monteblanco oversleeps next time." Luis Miguel Monteblanco tripled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
