USSL Double A #1 Pitcher Named Sunday, October 9th , 2044 Tough in the clutch -- that's what a bullpen specialist needs to be. And one of the best in the league this season was Jeffrey Strickland of the Athletic Club KC Academy, who was today announced as the winner of the USSL Double A Outstanding Pitcher Award.
