No Playoff Berth Coming for Marquette Tuesday, September 6th , 2044 The battle by the Marquette Miners to claim a playoff position is now over. Despite the team's best efforts, they were mathematically eliminated from the postseason today. Marquette last appeared in the postseason in 2041. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 21 times in their 29-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Miners have missed the playoffs 7 times. Marquette last won the SL AA Championship in 2041. |
