Season May Be Over for Miners Japón Monday, September 5th , 2044 The season is ending on a bad note for Júlio Japón, reliever for the Marquette Miners. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Japón was hurt against the Gwinnett Guinea Pigs while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn labrum and will be out for at least 11 months. This season Japón has claimed no saves and registered a 2-0 record with a 2.06 ERA.
