Gulf Coast's MacGregor Bags SAA Top Batter for July Monday, August 1st , 2044 Darrell MacGregor is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Gulf Coast left fielder joined that select company when the USSL Double A announced the results of July's voting. MacGregor totaled 35 hits, 8 walks, 5 home runs, 22 RBIs and 16 runs scored last month to put together a .376 batting average and .417 on-base percentage. On the season, MacGregor is batting .321 with 8 home runs and 41 RBIs. He has played in 67 games. |
