Richland Worried Coker Won't Play Again Thursday, May 26th , 2044 Teammates rushed to the side of Richland reliever Brad Coker, when he was hurt in the Richland-Minnesota game yesterday at Loony Bin. They were right to be concerned about Coker -- he had suffered a torn labrum throwing a pitch. This type of injury, most likely, not only ends the season for Coker, but also his career. For the season Coker has made 7 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 1-0 won-lost mark and a 1.46 ERA. In pitching 12.1 innings, he has totaled 5 strikeouts and 6 walks. |
