Lake Minnetonka's Custello Winner, 3AA Best Hitter in July Monday, August 1st , 2044 Al Custello made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the M3L Double A this past month. The Lake Minnetonka Love Boats third baseman shined through the month of July and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 22-year-old hit .394 with 9 home runs, 20 RBIs and 16 runs scored. For the season Custello is batting .306 with 83 hits and 16 home runs. He has scored 37 times and batted in 50. |
