Pajaritos Reliever Cops Pitching Award Friday, July 1st , 2044 Tom Peña is at the zenith of his career and today he was selected as the USPL Triple A Pitcher of the Month for June. He made 11 relief appearances for Norfolk last month, throwing 19 innings and collecting no saves, a 4-0 record, 18 strikeouts and a 0.47 ERA. For the season Peña has made 24 relief appearances, recorded 1 save, compiled a 4-1 won-lost mark and a 0.70 ERA. In pitching 38.2 innings, he has totaled 38 strikeouts and 5 walks. |
