Pennsauken's Case Goes Ballistic with 5 Hits
Sunday, July 10th , 2044
Pennsauken first baseman Mike Case had a big day at Timber Hawks Ballpark today against the Monongahela Monsters. The 33-year-old, who is not typically considered a big threat with the bat, went 5-for-6 and led the Flyers to a 10-9 triumph over Monongahela.

"Hey, I'm as surprised as you guys are," Case said in his postgame comments, smiling as he scolded the press corps for underestimating him. "Maybe I'm not so bad at the plate after all."

Mike Case hit an RBI double in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 2nd, hit a two-run double in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and flied out in the 9th.

This year Case is hitting .291 with 5 home runs.
