Sachs and Apelama Suspended for Free-for-All Tuesday, May 31st , 2044 Eddie Sachs of Sioux Falls and Hakumele Apelama of Port Huron were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Sachs will have to miss 4 games for his part in the brawl, while Apelama was given 6 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. Thus far in 2044 Sachs is hitting .222 with 1 home run, 3 RBIs, 2 runs scored and has compiled a .323 OBP. This year Apelama has fashioned a 0-2 mark, 7.07 ERA and pitched 28 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .359 against him and he has logged 15 strikeouts. |
