Starr and Huggins Fight, Get Suspended Monday, August 1st , 2044 Jamie Starr of Santa Barbara and Jason Huggins of Vermont were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Starr will have to miss 4 games for his part in the brawl, while Huggins was given 6 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. Starr is hitting .337 so far this season with 66 RBIs and 57 runs scored. He has 83 hits including 21 home runs, 45 walks and .438 OBP. Checking out his stats for the season, Huggins has registered 7 wins and 2 losses in 14 starts, 3.46 ERA and struck out 67 batters in 83.1 innings. |
