3L Choice for Rookie of the Month Announced Saturday, October 1st , 2044 Pat Butler takes the hill with uncharacteristic poise for a man of so few years. Butler is just a lad, but he strung together some solid starts last month to win the Menard's Third League Rookie of the Month crown. In September he held opponents to a .195 average as he struck out 25 in 20.2 innings. In 3 starts he nailed down 2 wins, suffered no losses and compiled a 1.31 ERA. Checking out his stats for the season, Butler has registered 4 wins and 2 losses in 9 starts, 2.65 ERA and struck out 63 batters in 54.1 innings. |
