Best PA Reliever Named Sunday, September 25th , 2044 Liu-liang Liu was a calming influence out of the Rocky Mountain Vibes bullpen this season. His teammates and manager said he had a poised demeanor about him that was typical of someone much older and more experienced. His poise has paid off, as the 22-year-old turned in a sparkling season and has been named the winner of the USPL Single A Reliever of the Year Award for 2044. The Tainan, Taiwan native won the award with 9 saves in 41 relief appearances, 80 strikeouts in 54.1 innings and a record of 6-1 to go with his 1.82 ERA. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Sen Saito of the South Beach Blaze finished second in voting, while Craig Brooks of the Chicago Tula finished third.
