Sigurdson on a Hot Streak, SA Player of the Week Monday, June 27th , 2044 Leland Sigurdson is respected by most Grim Reapers fans for his no-frills style of play. The 21-year-old center fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the USSL Single A Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .526 average (10-for-19) with no home runs, 4 RBIs and 2 runs scored. This year Sigurdson is hitting .312 with 7 home runs and 28 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .382 clip and scored 22 runs. |
