Torrez Snags 3A Batting Honor in July Monday, August 1st , 2044 Ángel Torrez put together a good July to earn the M3L Single A Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Grand Forks officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Caterpillars left fielder posted a .341 batting average with 2 home runs, 21 RBIs and 17 runs scored. Torrez currently has a .341 batting average with 45 hits, 3 homers, 27 RBIs, 21 runs scored and a .450 OBP. |
