Crawdads Gómez Silences Columbia Tuesday, July 19th , 2044 It wasn't easy but Ronnie Gómez made it look that way. Gómez silenced the Columbia River Rats, 1-0, in a Cut Off Crawdads triumph at Crawdads Field today. Despite the appearance of dominance, Gómez said later that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up 2 walks and 2 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said.
