Riley Hurls Yucca Valley to Shutout Win Sunday, July 10th , 2044 The Alameda Airmen struggled at the plate today against Yellows hurler Ryan Riley, who shackled them on 3 hits while hurling a complete game 7-0 shutout. "What can you say? We didn't hit well," said Airmen skipper Edgardo Álvarez in his postgame comments. "Hopefully we shake this off and bounce back tomorrow." Riley finished the game with 11 strikeouts and no walks in an excellent mound performance. "He pitched real well," Yucca Valley manager Christian O'Dell said. "Ryan made pitches when he had to. He hit his spots and did a great job of mixing in his changeup and using his fastball effectively." Presently Riley has a 1-2 mark in 5 starts with a 2.52 ERA.
