PR Gives Outstanding Pitcher Award Friday, September 25th, 2043 Fort Knox's Mike Vanderbilt took home the 2043 USPL Rookie Pitcher of the Year Award earlier today after a remarkable season on the mound. With a record of 7-4, Vanderbilt was certainly a worthy winner. He made 16 starts and posted 109 innings, 115 strikeouts and a 2.31 ERA. He received 4 first place votes out of a possible 10. Mike Rhodes of the Ladue Rams finished second in voting with 3 first place votes, while Arturo Álvarez of the Fort Knox Centennial finished third with 3 first place votes.
