Year Over for Thunder Hawks Compton Tuesday, June 30th, 2043 The season is ending on a bad note for Steve Compton, reliever for the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Compton was hurt against the Northville Eclipse while throwing a pitch. He suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and will be out for at least 9 months. This season Compton has made 6 relief appearances and has no saves. His record is 1-0 with 6 strikeouts in 6.1 innings with a 17.05 ERA. |
