Postseason Bid Ends for Northville Saturday, September 5th, 2043 It's the better-luck-next-time point of the season for the Northville Eclipse. The club was officially eliminated from playoff contention today, and will turn their attention to next year's campaign. "You know, the average player doesn't get that many seasons, so every time you're eliminated, it hurts," said Eclipse reliever Vasile Alexandrescu. This is the club's 2nd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2041. In the last 10 seasons, the Eclipse have missed the playoffs 5 times. In total, the Eclipse have missed the playoffs 20 times in their 28-year history. Northville has won the PL AA Championship 3 times in their history. |
